ABOUT US

Welcome. You will find here the projects created by students enrolled in the Narratives of the Self - Digital Humanities class in Srishti, 2018. This is a undergraduate course offered by the Information Arts and Information Design Program at Srishti.

During this class, students explored ideas of how ways of thinking, cultural memory, history, identities, oral histories and gender evolve, intersect and transform in the digital realm.

Our final projects respond to these ideas in a variety of forms, using digital storytelling, essays, quizzes, web comics and websites. We've got a fun history of mobile phones, essays on video games and digital waste, a website for an alien corporation, a hyper-linked travel diary, gifs, animated videos, and much else - so do check out our work and leave comments!
